Personification




In the Spring 2010 menu, see "Personification," which means giving human attributes to inanimate or nonhuman objects. Follow my sample and type a page wherein you personified an object. It could be a football, bottle of perfume, tape at a finish line, animal, or some other object where your writing is from the point of view of the object chosen.

Secondly, get a commercial logo and use it in a Flash ad lasting ten seconds, which is 120 frames. Must include animated text.

Adjustment



Efrain Solis, Period 3, reminded me that I said your Flash fact was pushed back to Friday. Therefore, several adjustments are in order. If you have Mr. Leon and you made a PPT presentation on what education would look like twenty years from now, you may substitute that assignment for the Flash Fact and get full credit. For other students who wish to swap out the FF, you may do a five slide Rosa Parks PPT presentation.

All students are to work on your 2010 NCAA Men's brackets in InDesign. The brackets for the left side should be completed by tomorrow, Wednesday. Three-fifths of the team names should be entered. Use the word "Team" for unknowns.

You should have PS pics 1-10 inserted into your Dreamweaver table.

You should have typed "What I Know About Life" into TextEdit.
From TextEdit, you should have selected all, copied, and pasted
into Word.
From Word, I want you to "Save As" normally and then "Save As Web Page"
without the first four lines (Student name - Date),which renders a .htm file.
Open your .htm file as a Firefox file.
Then in Word, write a one paragraph journal reflection completing the phrase,
"As I mature in life, ..."

Championship Ring



1) To be graded: Both Rosters, one alpha by last, the other sorted by first, or column C.

2) Open Dreamweaver, insert a table 485 pixels wide with 10 rows and 2 columns. Center the entire table.
The left column will number your pictures, and the right column will show them. Each of your pics
should be no greater than 450 pixels wide.

3) Type the first "Character Counts," which is titled "What I Know About Life," into TextEdit.
