Points for Rosa Parks and the Leon substitute assignment were given.

Time to show me the right-side brackets and teams or the "compromise" paragraphs as a snapshot in a DW table.

What's next? Gold team: Type The Immortals 1-10 in DW. You'll need a table 3 columns by 12 rows to start with. Others: Add the rounds and tournament cities.

Adjustment

Efrain Solis, Period 3, reminded me that I said your Flash fact was pushed back to Friday. Therefore, several adjustments are in order. If you have Mr. Leon and you made a PPT presentation on what education would look like twenty years from now, you may substitute that assignment for the Flash Fact and get full credit. For other students who wish to swap out the FF, you may do a five slide Rosa Parks PPT presentation.

All students are to work on your 2010 NCAA Men's brackets in InDesign. The brackets for the left side should be completed by tomorrow, Wednesday. Three-fifths of the team names should be entered. Use the word "Team" for unknowns.

To be graded: a rollover launch-link to your main rollover page; that is, a start-up page that links to your bigger rollover page. Both pages must have a background, which you can get from my red-button Dreamweaver page.

Insert assignment: Make an Excel worksheet of fifty surnames. Example: O' Henry.

Insert assignment: Put your rollover images into iMovie.

Push back due date from next Wed. to next Fri. for the Flash historical fact (300 frames or 24 seconds).

Next Flash Project: Take a fact of history, ancient or contemporary, light or heavy, trivial or magnanimous, and illustrate it in Flash. See sample by clicking on Julius Caesar or hit the Caesar link from the Spring 2010 menu. (Due next Wednesday.) After viewing my Flash on the "Ides of March," type verbatim in Word the text that I used in my Flash on Julius Caesar. Should be done within the first fifteen minutes of class time.

Due this Wednesday: Your 12/24 thematic rollovers like my Tiger Woods or Dodger samples.

We will start charting the 2010 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament Brackets tomorrow.
